Feeling thirsty? Wash down all of your newly-acquired skills with a digestif demo by Punk Domestics and learn how to taste tea with Fabula Tea.
Learn how to sustainably sea forage (while singing a sea chantey or two!) with the fine folks of Sea Forager.
Then, refine your senses while learning how to wine taste like a pro with The Barrel Room and pick up tips on pickling with Japanese fermented food experts Aedan SF.
Discover the art and science of sushi with a sashimi demonstration by Chef Tim of Ichi Sushi (one of SF’s buzziest sushi spots).

6:00-10:00 pm, Get your creative juices flowing while learning how to screen print with San Franpsycho (BYO t-shirt!)
Then, marvel at intricate skin designs with Healing Henna.
FOOD & DRINK
A variety of food options are available at NightLife from 6:00-9:30 pm, including The Academy Cafe, The Terrace located in the West Garden, and The Academy Cafe Food Cart located in the front lobby. Enjoy a different fresh seasonal "craft on draft" cocktail at each NightLife bar area designed by our resident mixologist Shane McKnight! All bars accept cash and credit cards.
