Adriatique came together in 2008 as solo artists, but since then have grown inseparable as friends and irreplaceable as a production partnership. Adrian & Adrian not only flow almost as one performer in the DJ booth, but so do they extract the most from each other in the studio. Through a great music background, their influences range from the early beginnings of House & Techno to several other styles. The records they make came out on labels such as Culprit, Wolf & Lamb Black, Supernature, Cityfox and most notably Diynamic & 2DIY4, where home is for the Zurich based artists.
The kick-off for getting in touch with the DIY-Crew was their highly anticipated track on the second
2DIY4 release. The groovy interpretation of Feist “Honey Honey” called “Deep in the three” was one of the summer tracks 2011 and got lovely feedback from different parts of the DJ world.
In addition to their music-work and busy touring-schedule Adriatique have their monthly based event series „Moving Around Us“ & “Mirror Dance” in Zurich, which have grown to meeting points for international guests, local talent, music & art.
2012 has been a great one for Adriatique. 2 4-track EP’s, successful remixes, their first Ibiza residency & influential events in their hometown Zurich. It seems that 2013 started even better for the pair of Adrians as they made their names both in- and outside the Diynamic-Family.
Stay tuned for heartfelt radio shows and deeply moving releases on some of the most influential
influential imprints of the current electronic music scene.
Mind Against Bio
Etching a musical partnership that draws from the combined roots of IDM, house and techno, Mind Against are the Italian native but Berlin based project of Alessandro and Federico Fognini.
They carved a path for themselves with a series of three EP’s on Life and Death. Their debut “Atlant”, the follow up “Avalon” and the latter “Strange Days” were let loose to critical acclaim. Since then calling the label their home, the duo now takes part in the management and A&R.
2015 came with a celebratory occasion marked by a collaborative EP with Belgian producer Locked Groove, released on Scuba’s Hotflush Recordings.
The biggest cliché of a “sound that’s hard to pin down”, is realer than gravity when it comes to Mind Against. They coax on psychedelic hooks of the 1980s and dance floor anthems bound traditionally to european soil. This backdrop makes for releases and performances that do well against any canvas.
Job Jobse Bio
Some people have no doubt about it: being a DJ is all they want to do. After learning the ropes at Amsterdam’s legendary club 11, Job began his adventure into electronic music with an internship at the renowned Innervisions label in Berlin. After moving back to Amsterdam to work as the booker of Trouw, things went uphill very fast. Job currently holds his own successful residency at the famous club – Drukpers, the first party ever held at the venue – and is also active as the label manager for the popular Life and Death label. With all Job has achieved so far and a current heavy touring schedule, including appearances spanning from Burning Man to Panorama Bar, one can only wonder where he will go next.
